it, no one else.
Woaah-oo.. *backache*
Uhmm, just got this pain when I woke up.. And because..
I'd done so much chores yesterday night.
How insane of me.
I think, I have done washing clothes and mopping the floor. No, the whole house in fact.
The kitchen, bedrooms and living room.
And I did that, because mummy is very busy.
She still have to go church's services and stuffs after working.
And she still have to cook dinner for us. It's tough for her.
Yeah, till now I then realised that being a mom is this difficult and it's not easy.
To be truthful, doing washing and mopping floors were not what moms simply did.
In fact, they did more beyond that.
Like vacuum-ing ( I've tried that before, during new year season.), taking care of children, bringing them to school when they were young, and putting up with the temper we often threw at them when we've grown up as a youth , trying to hide their embarrassment from other parents when they've to come for parent-meet session in school and worse still, their children weren't in the top and even worse, they did badly for their exams.
I guess, this was what most of the parents have to endure with kids like us?
I mentioned kids because most of us still don't have the maturity to behave like children.
They give birth us, gone through so much sufferings, and this is what we return them?
If you're a human, think carefully about that.
If you think that's a no big deal thing and it's okay, you aren't a human. In fact, you're inhuman.
You can go ahead and live in the zoo.
Because animals are just like that, they left their own parents and their parents left them too
after they're born.
Often, I've heard more or less remarks from my friends and they saying that their mom and dad are a embarrassment to them.
But have you think abit more on that, before you blurt out that sentence?
Question is do you even have the right to say that?
No, you don't. We're actually the ones who brought shame and embarrassment to our parents, see.
When we show attitude, rolled eyes and talked rudely towards them in public,
we're the one who is at fault, not they.
Perhaps you only hissed at them softly, "I don't like it!"
But do you even know that your expression had showed people around who you are?
And you had just brought shame to your own parents.
Why don't you try to change abit of tone, " Well mum, I don't think this look nice to me, maybe we should move on and look at other shops instead?"
Yes, it takes effort.
Everything in this world are come in this way.
Regardless of relationship or friendship, we've to take a little effort to make it last long.
That's why people often say, "there's no free lunch in this world, you've to work for it!"
That's it and it truly true.
It doesn't mean that you can use money to buy them, what it simply means was you've to use your sincere heart and action to gain the value of it.
Be it relationship or friendship, there's no such thing like you can possibly use cash to buy.
And you can't buy back your parents as well.
Once they're lost, it's lost. They cannot be found again.
So cherish your mom and dad, they're precious.
Among the one million people in this world, only one women is your mom.
And only one of the men is your dad.
You can only have one pair of parents in this life!
Next life? I'm not sure. Cause you wouldn't know who you are when you're dead.
Only God knows. He'll send you to a place for your soul to rest in peace but then, you'll only know when you're dead.
So study hard, but play hard too. Do your best to make your own parents proud of you.
You know, that kind of feelings you can only get it in this life. Not when you're dead.
Go and do what you enjoy most so time is not wasted.
But don't just play, go on and do something meaningful as well!
Let our life be filled with colours.
Yes, including I , I shall do my very best and to make my parents proud too.
And always talk politely to them even it was my down days.
Helping to do some chores so it'll lighten their workload.
But if it's your life, you're the one who fill in. (:
And as for your friends, families and loved ones, all they could do was to hold your hand and teach you to fill in the right way.
-Treasure every moment and everything you had today, because you wouldn't know what will happen tomorrow.
